Gemeinsam mit anderen Trauernden geben wir uns Zeit und den Raum mit der Trauer und durch die Trauer zu gehen.

Wir nehmen wahr was ist, ...ich geh meinen Weg.... bin aufmerksam was zu mir kommen möchte..... finde mich selber wieder......

Heilsame Lieder, stille Zeiten begleiten unser Inneres in der Natur, uns wieder neu zu entdecken.

Wir gehen im Naturpark Hirschwald, reine Wegstrecke ca. 6 km incl. ausgedehnten Pausen.

Wichtig: festes Schuhwerk, Regenbekleidung (wir gehen bei jedem Wetter), Rucksack, kl. Brotzeit, Getränk, Sitzunterlage

Jeder Teilnehmer geht in Eigenverantwortung
